Why should you be more grateful?

Sometimes the only thing that can save your life and get you out of depression is  just practicing simple acts of gratitude. Most of my friends say, you must be grateful, but what does that really mean? Say Please and Thank you? What is the value in it and what is the most effective way to do it to get maximum benefit? Let me have a swing at it, check out my video above!

I hope I inspired you a lot! Check out this great educational tool that I am using to achieve my dreams, one little step at a time, Simply Click Here!

How inspirational to start having an attitude of gratitude. I have so much to be grateful for in my life and business. Going off to do my 10 minutes and 3 dares now. Thanks for the great video.

You are so welcome, it is so easy to get trapped in our own little realities and that we just start to simply exist instead living in the moment and being grateful for each moment. Let me know how you you are getting along

I believe it’s very powerful to focus on gratitude and be truly grateful for what you have even if it is a hot, delicious cup of coffee (like I just had ) . Thanks for the 10minute exercise, it’s something we can all do.

Hey Richard, it’s the small things that count. Have a good one buddy! Always be grateful, stay blessed!

Sometimes, when I’ve had a bad day. I stop myself from going down the self-pity path and think about what I have in my life that I really do appreciate and that I take for granted. That way, I save my energy for meaningful things or beings. Love your video, Augustine!

Hey Sophie, that is such a great point. Sometimes (like all the time) we are so self absorbed we miss the little things that matter and take things for granted. Gratitude is humbling and gives you a sense of peace and appreciation for like! Much love. Augustine

I have been practising that 10min exercise and it has really made me focus on abundance instead of scarcity.
